What if my painting arrives damaged? This style of painting is undeniably distinctive—thick, textured, and highly dimensional. However, this uniqueness does present some unique challenges. I cannot guarantee that your artwork will arrive completely unaffected during shipping. There's always a slight chance that a leaf or flower might arrive slightly bent or flattened. If you find a flower has warped, it can typically be coaxed back to its original shape by gently remolding it using heat and your hands. I'm more than willing to guide you through this process via Zoom or FaceTime if necessary. Just contact me within one week after the arrival of the painting, providing your name and invoice number at contact@tayloranneart.com, and we can schedule a virtual session. In cases where we can't resolve the issue together, I'll send you replacement flower(s) along with matching paint, and we can schedule an instructional Zoom session to address the problem together. Creating, packing, and shipping this art involves a significant amount of time and expense, and I appreciate your understanding that your purchase is considered final. When you make a purchase, you acknowledge the potential for minor damage, and we commit to working together to resolve it. Please note that unless the artwork is damaged beyond repair, all sales are considered final.

How do I clean and care for my artwork?Taking care of your art piece is easy, as these creations are incredibly durable and low-maintenance. To remove dust, you can use a soft-bristled paintbrush. A larger brush is especially effective, but a smaller one is handy for reaching those harder-to-access spots. Alternatively, compressed air can be used to gently blow away dust.

Do you make custom orders?Yes, I gladly accept commissions for all types of projects, whether it's bouquets, abstract florals, or any creative idea you have in mind. To provide you with an accurate pricing quote, I'll need to discuss the size and specific details of your project. For wedding bouquets, I typically suggest a starting size of 8x8 inches, but I'm also open to taking on smaller bouquet commissions. The cost of your commission may vary based on factors such as the size, the amount of paint required, the variety and type of flowers involved, and the level of detail. Larger and more intricate pieces may incur higher costs, while simpler bouquets or floral requests could be more affordable. Here's how the commission process works: Initial Payment: I require a non-refundable down payment of half the total cost before I begin working on your commission. Shipping Quote: I'll provide you with a shipping cost estimate before we start to ensure transparency in the process. Completion Payment: The remaining half of the payment is due upon completion of your artwork. You'll have 30 days to settle this balance. Shipping: Your artwork will be shipped once it has fully dried, and the final payment has been received. Please note that failure to pay the remaining balance within the stipulated time frame will result in the forfeiture of the artwork, including the initial nonrefundable deposit. In such cases, the artwork will be listed for sale. I understand that unexpected or unfortunate circumstances can arise, and I'm more than willing to work with you in such situations. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss a commission, please fill out the Commission Requests form, and I'll be happy to assist you.
